Good Shepherd Voters Meeting October 25, 2009
The meeting was called to order by Barry Wanbaugh and Pastor Jerry led us in prayer. Jim Gormley gave his report, George Walker announce that we have 2 new Elders, Jevon Matthews and Russ Brown. Sandy Arnold spoke on the Rummage sale and the progress. Charlie Goetz has made a roofless church for donations to be put into. The unfinished business is we voted on the motion that was presented at the last meeting, it was passed. In new business we were presented with a motion to change the bylaws section VIIIA. Sentence 6 to wit: Chairpersons of standing and ad hoc committees will be ex-officio members of council during the term of their committees only. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon.

Good Shepherd Council Meeting November 16, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in room 24. There were 13 people present. There were several motions made with the exciting one being the hiring of the Music Director Augie Spagnola. He will start on Thursday Nov. 19, 2009 with choir practice. We are all excited about having him on board. Please welcome him to our ministry. Our next meeting is December 21, 2009 and all are welcome to attend and see the council in action.
